Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next working day.
Carriers
We ship mainly with PostNL, DHL and DPD. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available, so you can follow your parcel online.
Customs and import charges
Your order is shipped from the Netherlands, within the European Union, so no customs charges or import duties apply. Please note that a small number of EU territories fall outside the EU VAT area — Åland and Mayotte among them. Import VAT may be charged there on arrival, and is the responsibility of the recipient.
Possible delays
We do our best to meet the estimated delivery dates, but customs clearance, local public holidays or delays at the carrier can mean an order arrives later than expected. Thank you for your patience.
